Hello and thank you for visiting my website.
My intention is not just for what I do and help you that way but for the person/woman I am and my experiences that have got me to be and do things in my life. They are the deepest lessons and learning that I have been blessed to experience. Painful, horror and yet at the other side, brave and sunshine.
I thought what would people think of my journey? So my chatter box “Little Ego” voice kept reminding me that I am not good enough to ‘show up in my life’, I wouldn’t even matter! Well I soon embraced that “Little Ego” and gave ‘her’ a piece of my mind and heart!
I was raped when I was only 23 and a virgin and that moment with two men that I trusted in a foreign country was also robbed and left for dead! Or so they thought.
Survivor sugar coats the reality of rape. It’s an empowering journey at the other side.
I help women undress their armour, take off their masks and feel irresistible and sexy in their own skin and feel the breath and sound of their voice filling up their heart again.
I am available to chat with you, help you and hug you saying…YOU ARE SPECIAL, YOU ARE ENOUGH!
This journey has taken away many things in my life and one thing I know for sure is my deep love for myself now. It has taught me to NEVER GIVE UP on ME, so you NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU!
