Terms & Conditions

1. Services

The Sacred Rebel provides individual coaching and wellbeing services across mindset, nutrition, movement, fitness and lifestyle, together with personal training and workshops. Services are tailored to the individual based on their needs, goals and circumstances.

2. Private Fee-Paying Services

All services are privately fee-paying. Medicare and private health insurance rebates do not apply. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

3. Payment

Payment arrangements are confirmed before services commence. Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer and PayWave/card. Where a card or PayWave processing fee applies, this will be made clear before payment.

4. Prepaid Personal Training & Multiple Bookings

Personal training may be booked as an agreed prepaid weekly or monthly training schedule. Where multiple appointment times are reserved specifically for a client — for example three or four sessions per week — payment for the agreed schedule is required in advance. This secures those appointment times for that client.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, a prepaid session may be rescheduled or carried forward to another mutually suitable time, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will generally be forfeited.

6. Genuine Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

Genuine emergencies and circumstances reasonably outside the client’s control will be considered individually. These may include serious illness, hospitalisation, accident, bereavement, urgent caring responsibilities or similar exceptional circumstances.

7. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

A booked session may be forfeited where a client does not attend without notice, forgets the appointment, cancels at the last minute without a genuine unforeseen circumstance, or decides not to attend without providing the required notice.

8. Late Arrival

Appointments begin and finish at their scheduled times. If a client is late, asleep, unavailable or not ready at their home or another agreed training location, the session will continue for the remaining booked time only and will not ordinarily be extended.

9. Outdoor Training & Weather

Where heavy rain or other unsuitable weather prevents an outdoor session proceeding reasonably or safely, the session may be moved indoors where appropriate or rescheduled. For outdoor training in temperatures above 38°C, an indoor alternative or rescheduling may be offered. Safety takes priority.

10. Cancellation by The Sacred Rebel

If The Sacred Rebel needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, the client will not lose the session. It will be rescheduled to another mutually suitable time.

11. Client Participation & Results

The Sacred Rebel provides guidance, education, coaching and support appropriate to the agreed service. Individual results cannot be guaranteed. Progress in fitness, nutrition, weight management, mindset and lifestyle depends on many factors, including the client’s circumstances, consistency, participation and implementation. Clients remain responsible for their own choices and participation.

12. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about health, medical conditions, medications, injuries and other circumstances that may affect participation. Where appropriate, a client may be encouraged to consult their GP, physiotherapist or another appropriately qualified health professional.

13. Workshop Series — Bookings & Cancellations

Workshops may be offered as a multi-session series. Where a participant books the complete series, full payment for the series is required in advance to secure their place. As places are limited and reserved specifically for each participant, individual missed sessions are not normally refundable.

If a participant cannot attend a session and provides at least 24 hours’ notice, The Sacred Rebel may, where reasonably possible, offer the opportunity to attend the equivalent session in a future workshop series. This is subject to that workshop being offered again and a place being available. Genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered individually.

Because the workshops are interactive and participation is an important part of the experience, written materials are not considered a replacement for attending a workshop. If The Sacred Rebel cancels a workshop session, participants will be offered a replacement session or another appropriate remedy.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
